Directions
Do not use Humate Beauty Essentials without a Detox Clay. Mix this product with a detox clay to dilute the mixture, keeping it at regular strength.
This is a Bath & Facial Additive – Not for internal use.
Bath Tub or Foot Bath: Add 1/8 cup of Humate Beauty Essentials along with 1/4 cup of Soothing Quartz Detox Clay or Ultra Pull Clay. Soak 30 minutes to 1 hour, or longer as desired. In addition, Maintain a 1-2 ratio when increasing amount in the tub. Additional directions are available. Facial, Poultice and Body Wrap: Mix 1 Tbl. per 1 cup of clay and 1/2 cup of water (1 tsp to 1/3 cup for a facial). Average ratio 1 Humate:16 Clay.
